Our Commitment to Families
Our special education attorneys and advocates make it their goal to empower parents of children with disabilities to help their children to achieve appropriate programming in an educational setting. Roberts & Adams strives to equip parents with self-advocacy skills as well as serve as a resource to client families by attending parent group and Regional Center sponsored meetings, and providing updated information on statutes and case law that regulate special education on both the state and federal level.
Our firm strongly believes in the work we do and consider it imperative that parents are familiar with their legal rights and those of their special needs child. We feel that parents know their child's needs better than anyone else, and should always be active participants in ensuring that their child receives the most appropriate educational services as guaranteed by the law.
